This English version is provided for your convenience. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Luzhou Shanhe Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") regarding the FayJuno (法语菌) membership service (the "Membership Service"). It supplements the FayJuno Terms of Service; matters not covered here are governed by the FayJuno Terms of Service and the FayJuno Privacy Policy.
Please read this Agreement carefully before buying membership, especially the provisions in bold on validity, refunds, changes to benefits and handling of breaches. By tapping buy, completing payment or otherwise obtaining the Membership Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement. Minors should purchase only with parental consent.
1. The Membership Service is a value-added learning service we provide to members. Member benefits include, without limitation: more weekly pronunciation assessments (10 per week for non-members, 700 per week for members), higher usage limits for grammar checking, writing feedback and similar features, more devices signed in at the same time (2 for non-members, 3 for members), higher daily goals and words-per-group limits in study plans, and member-only features such as custom theme colours. The specific benefits and limits are those shown in the in-app Member Center at the time of purchase.
2. The Membership Service is tied to the FayJuno account you are signed in to when you buy it and can be used on devices signed in to that account. It may not be transferred, lent, rented, sold or shared with others.

We may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, lifetime and other membership types, as well as education discounts, group deal prices, points redemption, invitation rewards, trial memberships and other ways to obtain membership. The types, prices and offers available are those shown on the purchase page and may be adjusted for operational reasons. Price changes do not affect membership you have already bought that is still valid.
2. The validity period starts when membership is activated. If you buy again while your membership is still valid, the validity is extended from the current expiry time.
3. Lifetime membership means membership that remains valid for as long as the FayJuno service continues to operate, not for the lifetime of a natural person.
4. When membership expires, member benefits end automatically and your account returns to a regular account. Your study records and other data are not affected.
1. You can buy membership in the app through app store channels such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, or on the website (french.egg404.com) with WeChat Pay or Alipay. The channels and products actually available depend on the platform you use and the purchase page. Payments are processed by the relevant payment providers, and you must also comply with their terms of service.

3. Membership is usually activated immediately after successful payment. If you have been charged but membership has not been activated, first re-open the Member Center or sign in again to refresh your membership status. If the problem persists, contact us with the order number or payment receipt, and after verification we will activate your membership or process a refund.
1. Education discount: Available to current students and teachers. To apply, you must submit your real name, school name, ID number and a photo of your student ID, proof of enrolment or teacher qualification certificate. You may buy at the education price only after manual approval. If you submit false documents, we may revoke your education discount eligibility and any membership obtained with it, without refund.
2. Group deals: A group deal is formed only if the required number of people (currently 4) join within 12 hours of it being started. Once formed, each member must complete their own payment within 12 hours, and membership is activated for each member after successful payment. If the group is not formed in time, or a member does not pay in time after it is formed, the group deal or that member's eligibility lapses. No fees are charged before a group deal is formed.
3. Points redemption: You can redeem points earned by completing learning tasks and similar activities for membership. Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and are not returned after a successful redemption.
4. Invitation rewards and trial membership: Membership rewards obtained by registering with an invite code, inviting friends or similar campaigns are governed by the rules published on the relevant campaign page.
5. If you take part in campaigns by improper means such as cheating, bulk registration, fake transactions or exploiting system vulnerabilities, we may cancel the related rewards and membership benefits.
1. The Membership Service is a digital value-added service that can be used immediately after activation, so in principle no refunds without cause are available after activation, unless otherwise provided by law.

3. For purchases made with Alipay or WeChat Pay, contact us using the methods in Section 8 to request a refund, which will be returned to the original payment method. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules, so please apply through the relevant platform. After a platform refund, the corresponding member benefits will be withdrawn.
4. Membership obtained without payment, such as through points redemption, invitation rewards or trial membership, is not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for minors: If a minor bought membership without parental consent, the parent or guardian can contact us using the methods in Section 8 with proof of guardianship and the payment receipt, and we will process a refund in accordance with the law after verification. For app store purchases, please also apply to the relevant platform.
6. Account deletion and violations: If you delete your account, any unexpired membership benefits on the account are forfeited along with it and will not be refunded, so please think carefully before deleting. If your membership is terminated because of a violation, Section 7 applies.
7. We will verify and reply within 15 working days of receiving your refund request and complete supporting materials. The time for the refund to arrive depends on the payment provider.
1. We may optimise and adjust member benefits as the product evolves. If an adjustment has a material adverse effect on the core benefits of membership you have already bought, we will announce it in advance, and you may contact us before it takes effect to negotiate a refund or compensation for the unused portion.
2. If we stop operating FayJuno, we will give at least 30 days' notice through in-app announcements or similar means and properly handle the unused portion of fees for paid memberships still within their validity period (including lifetime memberships) in accordance with the law.
If you breach this Agreement or the FayJuno Terms of Service, including without limitation by transferring, renting or sharing your account or membership, buying membership through unofficial channels, or using technical means to crack or bypass membership checks, we may, depending on the circumstances, suspend or terminate your Membership Service and cancel your membership without refunding the related fees. You shall compensate us for any loss caused.
We will reply within 15 working days of receiving your question.
We may amend this Agreement in response to laws and regulations or business changes. The amended Agreement will be published in the app and on the website, and material changes will be highlighted prominently. The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court at the place where Luzhou Shanhe Network Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled.
